Website Care at £25/month is required alongside every new Page & Place website for the initial 12 months. It includes managed Cloudflare hosting, SSL, domain administration, monitoring where configured, routine technical fixes and one consolidated request with up to 30 minutes of content work each month.
The allowance does not roll over. Larger design, copy, page or feature changes are quoted before work begins. After the initial term, the plan becomes monthly rolling. During the initial term, the client may give 30 days’ written notice and pay 50% of the remaining fees, capped at £75.
Once agreed build invoices are paid, the client owns the completed website content and domain. Managed hosting, support and maintenance stop when the care plan ends. Reasonable initial handover is included, while additional migration work is charged separately at £50 per hour with approval.
